    *ATTENTION ATTENTION* 8-9-25 Do not order parts online and try to pick them up at this location. I received an email that my part will be ready in 30 minutes but it was not. I entered the store 1 hour later only to hear the guy behind the counter ask the lady if she even looked for it yet. I waited and I waited only for a guy with an attitude to tell me they don't have the part. He was rude and didn't even want to help me and you don't do people who spend money at your store that way. He immediately tried to go to the next customer after canceling my order. So I said where can I pick up the part and his exact words were "nowhere" NEXT. Just in my opinion they didn't look good enough for the part. I have to wait 3 to 10 business days for it to be refunded but I still needed the part so I then went online and reordered the part from the location down the street and they actually looked and found it for me. This location needs to find people that actually want to work and help the customers. Even though I live around the corner I'll never be back.

    In a hurry, while on my way home from work, I stopped at Advance Auto, and was assisted by Amarri for the return of brake pads. My cellphone died and I couldn't use tap to get my refund. Deshun stepped in to assist me. I went to my car to get my actual debit card, to get the refundprocessed. In a rush to get back into the store, I locked my doors and immediately realized my keys were on my driver's seat. I have All State Roadside Assistance, so a little after 8pm, I called for help. Advance Auto were due to close at 9pm. After several calls to All State, 2 different drivers finally showed up at 9:43pm. Amarri and Deshun stayed with me throughout this ordeal and never made me feel I was a bother to them or causing them unnecessary issue. They made me feel cared for and SAFE!! In the current climate we're in, it's not the norm to actually come across people/employees who are selfless and easilt give of themselves to assist and help others, while expecting nothing in return. I'm in my mid 50s. My husband of 25 years passed away a few years ago. The upkeep of our vehicles was something he always did. Now I'm responsible for ensuring my car is maintained (Uuuuuugh!). I'm happy to know there are such awesome people working in our community. I will no longer give my auto business to any other business than Advance Auto 😊 Please recognize these two associates for being of Service and for making sure my safety was their priority.
