I entered the store 1 hour later only to hear the guy behind the counter ask the lady if she even looked for it yet. I waited and I waited only for a guy with an attitude to tell me they don't have the part. He was rude and didn't even want to help me and you don't do people who spend money at your store that way. He immediately tried to go to the next customer after canceling my order. So I said where can I pick up the part and his exact words were "nowhere" NEXT. Just in my opinion they didn't look good enough for the part. I have to wait 3 to 10 business days for it to be refunded but I still needed the part so I then went online and reordered the part from the location down the street and they actually looked and found it for me. This location needs to find people that actually want to work and help the customers. Even though I live around the corner I'll never be back.
