  I came to this location a couple of months ago for an oil pan leak and oil change service. I had a good experience so I returned on Wednesday for an oil change. At the end of the service, the technician inadvertently informed me that my coolant reservoir cap was missing, because he assumed my last oil change was serviced at the dealership. I informed him that it was Express Oil Change's fault because my last oil change was done at their location. At this point they try to convince me that the missing coolant cap posed no danger even though the car was driven for thousands of miles in between oil change. They informed me that the cap will arrive Friday from the dealership and proceeded to cover the coolant with plastic and hold it down with rubber band. I had to be the one to reach back out to them about the cap only to be told that it will not come in until Monday. No apologies, no urgency just excuses. In the meantime I forced to park my car until this issue is resolved.

  Donald the service man was very nice and helpful, and very educated on the different types of oils that’s good for my vehicle! Also what I like is all the workers work very well together and their uniforms looked very neat as well! I’ll give this place 100% So ask for Donald he will get you straight!

  Service was timely. I pulled right in. Everyone was very helpful. Donald did an amazing job breaking down what I needed and giving me my options. Not pushy at all. Was even a cool guy. Definitely recommend coming here. This isn’t my area express oil but I will be making the trip to come back.

  My wife needs a rental car now because yall messed up her car and is now unoperatable . I hope your company will have us a rental car by 4-6-2026 before 9 a.m delivered to our house and that all expenses and repairs are paid for along with some kind of compensation for inconvenience and stress that this has caused us this Easter weekend . I expect someone to be contacting me soon so that way I know that my wife that has a disability will have a car for her doctors appointments .
