  I was able to rent a vehicle from this location today and my experience was nothing short of phenomenal! Majority of the process was handled over the phone! It was a very quick and easy process and the staff here were amazing! Just wanted to say thank you, to the staff members, for being so kind and helpful today! It’s tough to find that in customer service these days!

  I have had a rental since Sept 2025. In March I was made to switch vehicles due to the one I was in needing an oil change. 13 days later I get a $266.42 charge on my personal credit card with no reason as to why. I've called several different people no one can see the charge. I've been told atleast 6 times a supervisor will call me back and still nothing. I ended up finding an email from someone saying that it was a one way trip charge, which I did not have a one way trip. When I left Indiana, I told them, I was coming to Georgia, and they said it would be no problem. No additional charges and right before I left indiana, the vehicle had an oil change.When I got to georgia, they say it.Need another oil change, and then I get this outrageous charge. Pretty sad when I have had a car for 7 months straight. No how I would treat a customer. Filed complaint with bbb

  The service was great!!! They gave us exactly what we asked for and then some!!! The staff was professional and courteous I will be renting from the Lithia Springs location again.
