I came to rent a car and didn’t notice until several hours later (due to an early appointment) that the car wasn’t clean. I called the location and spoke with Deshaun who not only got me in another car, he called corporate to bring me over a BRAND NEW car. He actually listened to me ❤️. I’m a loyal customer now for as long as I need a rental. Thank you Deshaun, You’re exactly what is needed in the service business!! 😊
- MJMarissa JanaeDec 12, 20252.0a few months ago, i rented a car from this location. the staff are personable & enjoyable to chat with. however, the communication and execution isn’t great. i ended up being charged on my credit card multiple times for the hold. i had to reach out to customer service. additionally, there was miscommunication from multiple staff members regarding the process/answers to questions i had. many of the enterprise locations in this area aren’t good. one of the workers confused me for someone else over the phone and believe that i stole the vehicle. once i arrived to return the vehicle early, he realized that he mistaked me for a different customer. immediately, he retracted his statement made over the phone. the process also took a long time to get the vehicle. i recently tried a different enterprise location but ran into separate problems. i believe i will stop renting cars from enterprise if possible.
