Two customer service reps lied to me about my form of payment saying they didn’t take secured credit cards, which is a lie because I rented there in May of the same year and they also lied and said they changed company policy in August conveniently after the time in which I rented to say that the company no longer take secured credit cards and all I had to do with a simple Google search to find out that he was lying, even though I knew he was lying when I left the store. I just wanted to hear What line of BS he was going to tell me.

The manager and customer service representative at this location (@ the intersection of Thornton and Veterans Memorial Hwy. ) were very courteous and professional! Keep up the good work!

They didn't receive returns on rentals by the time they thought they would and she personally went to grab a vehicle from another Enterprise lot until the ones I was looking for would be returned. She definitely deserves a raise
