- MJMarissa JanaeDec 12, 20252.0the actual employees are doing their job but the actual speed & efficiency of this location isn’t great. the employees demeanor and interactions were fine! however, they have customers waiting for the longest. it’s clear the organization and location isn’t ran the best. there’s a lot of miscommunication & things that get lost in the midst of their process. one of the customers was waiting for than 1.5hours for a minivan because they were waiting for someone to drop it off. all the people in the waiting room were waiting for over an hour to be serviced. they may be heavily understaffed. i didn’t love my experience nor did i enjoy it. it took so long for someone to help me and so long for me to get my vehicle. the entire process took forever & the communication in the midst of the waiting was very poor. the vehicle i had included stained, wet seats as well.
