- DPDee PSep 23, 20251.0EPIC FAIL I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment. My car wasn’t completed until 3:30 p.m. for what was supposed to be a diagnostic test. The staff had no regards to the fact that I’d spent an ENTIRE DAY waiting for my car. No loaner or rental car was ever offered , neither was there any update communication done within the first 3 hours. The purpose of my visit was due to an initial a/c service I had done on 7/10/25 at the hefty price of $800+. Less than 90 days later my car’s a/c was no longer cooling. Manager Bo Clark, asked me to bring it in for a diagnostic test on 9/23/25. I greeted him upon my arrival at 8:30 a.m. 3 hours later he came out to the waiting area and spoke with a select few and offered to check the status of their repairs . He never acknowledged or offered any updates to me concerning my car. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE especially in his position. I had to send the service advisor Chad a text message inquiring about the status of my vehicle . He never offered any updates. It wasn’t until I approached the counter or sent text messages, that he responded. As it turns out, I overheard the tech questioning the advisor about which refrigerant was used in my untitled visit on 7/10/25 ? REALLY? Was the incorrect refrigerant used initially? This experience has been an EPIC FAIL…
