    Very Rude people. Guy in the service dep hung up because I asked to speak someone that’s more friendly.

    EPIC FAIL I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment. My car wasn’t completed until 3:30 p.m. for what was supposed to be a diagnostic test. The staff had no regards to the fact that I’d spent an ENTIRE DAY waiting for my car. No loaner or rental car was ever offered , neither was there any update communication done within the first 3 hours. The purpose of my visit was due to an initial a/c service I had done on 7/10/25 at the hefty price of $800+. Less than 90 days later my car’s a/c was no longer cooling. Manager Bo Clark, asked me to bring it in for a diagnostic test on 9/23/25. I greeted him upon my arrival at 8:30 a.m. 3 hours later he came out to the waiting area and spoke with a select few and offered to check the status of their repairs . He never acknowledged or offered any updates to me concerning my car. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE especially in his position. I had to send the service advisor Chad a text message inquiring about the status of my vehicle . He never offered any updates. It wasn’t until I approached the counter or sent text messages, that he responded. As it turns out, I overheard the tech questioning the advisor about which refrigerant was used in my untitled visit on 7/10/25 ? REALLY? Was the incorrect refrigerant used initially? This experience has been an EPIC FAIL…

    Kevin was so polite and funny. They got me in and out for my oil change! The other staff as well were so welcoming!

    So greatful for them taking me home while they fix my car and they came back to pick me up when it was ready. Very nice thank you.

    Denzil Grant is a superb Service Technician! He thoroughly explained the service that would be completed on my vehicle. I rate Denzel’s customer service as all 10s and have no complaints.
