Please beware. A vehicle was advertised at a specific price, but I was told it could not be purchased without a costly “Calavan Care” warranty, even in an all-cash transaction. I was further told that this requirement applies to all used vehicles at the dealership. This amounted to approximately a 20% increase over the advertised price and was not clearly disclosed. I recommend searching Calavan Care and reviewing related complaints. If this has happened to you, consider contacting the Georgia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division.

Purchased 2021 Dodge Durango on 1/3/25. When I got home, the same vech listed was $3,000 less than what I paid and when i washed it, the back passenger rim had bad scuffs in it. Obviously when I purchased it, they had to cover it up with a marker or something black because it was not there when I left.

Buying from out of state. We negotiated a price and agreed upon one. So then I talked to my wife about it and when we could get it. We're small business owners and stay quite busy. We weren't able to make it the next day. The next day I called and mentioned the soonest we could drive down would be the next Saturday. So they asked for a deposit to hold it till we could get there. I then inquired about shipping it to us and how much that would cost. Then we wouldn't have to worry about when we would have enough time to make the trip. They came back with the shipping cost in the afternoon and that night we went to pull the trigger and the price went up another $1000 Was told the price went up cause we didn't make a deposit to hold it. I was confused because we didn't need to hold it anymore, we wanted to purchase right then and have it shipped. I told them there was a mention of a deposit to hold the jeep till we got there a week later, but never a mention of a deposit to hold the price. All of this occurred in 48 hours. So the day after a price was negotiated, the price goes up $1000. So don't take your time making a financial decision, even when you have a business to run yourself. Cause they will try to charge you for it
