- SFShavenna FarmerSep 20, 20241.0I reserved a mustang about 4 weeks in Advance. On the day I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle about 30 minutes prior to pick up time, a representative called to inform me they had no vehicles other than a Kia which was not comparable to what I reserved. She did not offer any options other than she would call if she any other cars in. The representative NEVER called me back. I was leaving to go out of town the same day. I had to scramble to reserve a vehicle with another company! I would not recommend this location. There is no Customer Service!

- AJAntwan JJan 4, 20213.0Came to return a rental. Got here at 7:54am. The door was unlocked and open. I walked in and the rep asked me to stand outside in the cold and wait until 8am to be helped. Poor customer service at it's finest. I couldn't believe it. Won't be coming back here ever again.
