  Unfortunately, this was the most awful experience I think I may have ever had with a business. First availability was weeks out. They sent me almost 20 confirmation requests leading up to the appointment in which I confirmed for every single one of them, and then literally the day before, in all caps, I get a somewhat threatening text that if they don’t get a picture of the damage by 4pm then they will cancel my appointment. Geez! Couldn’t have asked for that during the initial service request?? I say that because then they proceeded to tell me that instead of a repair, it would now be a replacement and would need to change my appointment time. So frustrating being last minute and didn’t even have to be. I ended up rescheduling altogether the next day (the day of appt) because they could not even give me an eta. On the day I had it rescheduled to, I finally got an eta but only because there was a cancellation so he could get to me sooner than expected. The technician was fine. But I ended up having to pay more for the change from repair to replace, but apparently they didn’t charge me enough on the day for the extra funds so they decided to call me the next day to be sure that I was aware that they were going to charge me even more. When I proceeded to tell the lady about my experience, she didn’t seem to even care. I’m sure her job is just to collect money, but dang- at least act like you care because you are the face of the business in that moment. Just horrible all around!!! I’m sure I’ll need another windshield replacement sometime in the future, but it will certainly not be done with this company!

  It was easy to schedule my appointment with Safelite, and they provided repair options that fit my schedule. On the day of the repair, they arrived within the appointment window were courteous, and completed the service quickly and excellently. The price of the repair was also reasonable.

  I had a great experience overall. The customer service representative was great, very nice and helped me handle my situation easy. My tech Franklin was outstanding, you can tell he knows his stuff, he was very friendly, allowed me to watch the process and went through each step as he repaired the glass, I enjoyed his company and would love to have him help me again if ever in a similar situation.

  Technician was 5 and a half hours late on a Saturday and my windshield leaks water after install. Only used this shop because of insurance, would NEVER recommend to anyone else.

  Was called back to recalibrate the cameras after they had already had to recalibrate TWICE due to THEIR admitted "computer error". Upon my arrival I asked for a credit for my time and effort for having to return, but the manager refused--said it would be considered "insurance fraud". Poor service----EXTREMELY disappointed--surely they could have offered SOMETHING!!--the manager didn't even bother to come out and talk to me.
