My technician was Desmond and he arrived exactly on time. He explained the process throughly and was very professional. It was a pleasant experience. He told me about how long the process would take and when he was finished, he explained what to expect and how to care for new windshield. Overall a great experience and nice young man working for your company. Very pleased and would recommend service as it was so convenient.
