  Great Service, Tyrell came to my apartment and replaced my windshield. He was professional and communicated his ETA super well. He got the replacement done much faster than I was expecting and was super patient with the questions and information after the replacement. Will definitely use Safelite again in the future for any windshield repairs.

  My front windshield had a small crack in it that spread through the whole windshield. I called my insurance and they told me that the windshield would be cheaper than my deductible and they partner with Safelite. I made the appointment which was easy and the technician came out to my house on time and was professional. My window was repaired in about 45 min to an hour and a I am happy withe service. The price was very reasonable for my Ram 1500 and I would recommend Safelite.

  They serviced my car at my home! I had the great pleasure of having Franklin as my technician. He was such a joy. Very professional but extremely personable and may I add really funny. He was on time, asked if I had any questions which I didn't. He told me how long the service was going to be and he was right on time with it. Safelite thus far for 2026 has been the best customer service yet. Request Franklin if possible for your technician and believe me when I say, Safelite is the way to go for window repairs and/or replacements

  The first time I brought my car in, I waited three hours only to be told I'd need to come back a week later because the windshield couldn't be calibrated. They explained they had received a "bad batch" of windshields for my vehicle. I couldn't drive my car for the whole time because multiple safety warning lights came on due to the faulty windshield. I returned the following week and again waited three hours. Everything appeared fine when I left, but when it rained, my rain-sensing wipers stopped working and multiple safety warning lights came on across my dashboard. I immediately called Safelite and was told a manager would contact me the next day. I still haven't heard from anyone. In the meantime, I'm unable to safely drive my car. I paid almost $800 for this repair, and for my vehicle to now be undrivable (twice) is completely unacceptable. I trusted Safelite based on their reputation and advertising, and I'm extremely disappointed with my experience; it's frustrating and stressful. I hope they address this issue promptly and improve their quality control and customer service.
