If I could give this dealership one star, I would. It truly disgusts me how they do not care, they only care if you are buying a car or spending money with their company. These people have had me waiting on a list to replace my catalytic converter since October 2023, and every time I call, they keep pushing me back. When I first contacted them in 2023, they said that due to a worker strike, they did not have my part. Fast forward to April 2026, and I still haven’t heard anything it's been the same story ever since. They do not care. Please do not waste your money here. Take your business to another dealership, because they clearly do not care about recalls.

Terrible customer service. I went to look for a car the salesman didn’t even want to tell me the interest rate then after I decided not to proceed the salesman decides to text my phone inappropriately weeks after the appointment. I would never do business with them again.

I paid $1,726.68 on March 25, 2026 to fix my check engine and “power steering disabled” lights, and after a week in the shop, I was told the issue was resolved. Less than two weeks later, the exact same lights came back on. After returning my vehicle, I was then told the real issue is the rack and pinion, costing over $6,000—something the original diagnostic completely missed.
While I appreciate that Alan arranged a rental, that does not change the fact that I paid nearly $2,000 for a repair that did not fix the problem. I expect accountability for the incomplete diagnosis and a fair resolution moving forward.

I had an incredible experience. I drove an hour just for Jayb. I’ve been having a really hard time trying to get a car and he made a miracle happen and he went the extra mile to make sure I was able to pull off the lot with a brand new car. His kindness and professionalism is what really made the experience memorable. If you need a car, I would definitely recommend this location and to have your sales person be Jayb. The whole staff was really nice so honestly, you could go to anybody. Thank you for everything!

Bought a CPO vehicle with a massive scratch on the rear bumper. Was assured they would be able to fix it for me if I bought the car. 3 weeks later after buying the car and every time I call about it I get directed to a full voicemail box. Still have not gotten a call back. Felt like they said anything to get me to buy the car and off the lot then treated me like chopped liver since.
