  Will never come back. I had a simple question and he wouldn’t even take the time to explain why he couldn’t explain it. “Google it,” as he laughed along with the other people in the store.

  I visited the AutoZone on Thornton Road in Lithia Springs and had a very disappointing experience with the store manager, AJ. I came in asking for help checking my oil level, and instead of being helpful or offering any guidance, I was told they do not offer that service and that was basically the end of the conversation. What made the experience worse was the lack of basic customer service and professionalism. There was no effort to help in any other way, no suggestions, no guidance, and not even basic courtesy or appreciation for a customer coming into the store. Customer service is about how you treat people, not just what services are listed on paper. I’ve been to many auto parts stores where employees at least try to help, offer advice, or point you in the right direction. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially from someone who is a store manager. I hope this location works on improving customer service and how customers are treated when they come in asking for help.

  The manager took care of everything when it came to my car's needs! Hands down the best service I've ever experienced. He walked me through everything and answered every question I had.
