  City Tire has taken care of me and my family for years, and they’ve always been honest, reliable, and easy to work with. Every time I’ve needed help — whether it was a tow, a tire issue, or something unexpected — they’ve treated us with respect and never tried to take advantage of the situation. I spoke with Payton today, and just like every other time, he was straightforward, helpful, and professional. This company consistently does right by people, and that’s rare these days. I trust them, and I appreciate the way they do business. Highly recommend City Tire to anyone who wants honest work and good people. Shout out to Ellis - the best tow in the county in my opinion!

  We have used City Tire before whenever we needed towing or a new car battery. They’ve been great, quick response time. Took our car to them recently to have general maintenance, rather than repeating the mistake of high priced dealership prices. We are very pleased with their quality services , friendliness and reasonable prices.

  City Tires is highly recommended for quality work, knowledge and most of all, integrity towards their customers! I have been a customer since we moved to SLV. Plus, they go the extra mile for you as a prized customer. Example- whenever I get an oil change for my vehicles, they rotate your tires with no extra cost! I’ve bought tires and battery for my vehicle and I’m very pleased with their performance and quality of service. Thank you from the front desk to the mechanic! Good work everyone 🙏

  My mom had called them and asked for help to have her car checked a few months ago. They were kind enough to come out after hours and installed a new battery in my mom's 2020 Buick Encore GX. The past few months my mom experienced more and more problems with her car. All related towards power issues. A couple of days ago she had a diagnostic test done on her car and in turns out that City Tire installed the wrong car battery. Simply put the battery was under powered for a car that has all the latest tech features. Newer, tech hungry cars require high voltage batteries to ensure adequate power. My mom returned today to City Tire to return the old, the wrong battery. We'll, the person she talked to was unwilling to give my mom her money back. I am very angry that the owner would not help a 80 year old lady who lives of social security and wouldn't even give her the money back for the old, wrong battery, especially as they took the battery back. Update as of 1/9/25. DeAnna Alvarez called my mom and explained that they researched this issue. She was very kind, very professional and apologized for the mistake. My mom and I are happy that someone reached out versus talking down to my mom. DeAnna made every effort to correct this bad experience and now we feel confident again to use this business. DeAnna stated she would refund my mom her money for the battery. Thank you for making things right again. Tire City does care and they are very professional. Thank you Tire City!
