  I brought my truck in for service in a response to a postcard I received as a reminder that it was due. I gave the girl at the counter keys and told her I would wait. When the service was completed, I was called to the desk and given a receipt for the work done. I looked at it quickly and noticed that it was for about $900 which I thought was a little bit much for an oil change and I questioned the amount and she said there were some items in there that were expensive so I paid the bill. When I get home I looked at the bill more closely and realize that they had done a tuneup so I called the office and asked to speak to the owner Payton and told him that I had an issue with the bill that we needed to discuss. The next day I meet with Payton and explain what happened that I brought the truck in for an oil change, not a tuneup and evidently there was a miscommunication between myself and the girl at the desk. After hearing the story, Payton without hesitation refunded my money. The next day I scheduled an appointment for the oil change. I have been doing business with City Tire for three years and plan to do business with him again. You can't find people who stand behind their work better than this. I thank you.

  Called City Tire this morning Oct 13 to see if someone could come out to my house to look at my truck. The key would not turn it was locked up. They came out with in 20 min. Work with the key for a few then had it working again all with in 5 min. Plus no charge.

  My husband and I were on our way back to Atlanta when our tire went flat. It was raining heavily and we had little cell coverage. I was able to call AAA but help was no where to be found. Payton was driving by and saw us on the side of the road. He stopped and offered his services. We did not hesitate to say YES and within 20 minutes Ellis was there to assist us. He did not use our little spare, he took the flat tire off and plugged it. (All done in the rain on the side of the road.) He then put it back on our car and we got back home with no problem. Thank you City Tire, Payton and Ellis saved the day! We are grateful.
