Four months later, my tire got ripped (validly my fault navigating concrete and other vehicles in my driveway), and Mavis not only came through with another tire in under 45 minutes, but they gave us a great discount. I highly recommend them. Special shout out to Edgar Mars on Luxomni Rd for his professionalism and affability!

I went in to purchase 4 new tires for my Toyota Tundra, and from start to finish the team was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to my needs. Kevin and Max went above and beyond to help me find the best tires for my truck at the best possible price. They were honest, upfront, and truly a pleasure to work with. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers. A special thank you to Deondre, the technician, who went the extra mile by repairing my old tire with a tire repair kit at no charge. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Hands down, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a tire shop. I highly recommend Mavis Tire to anyone in need of tires or tire service. Thank you again, Mavis Tire! PS. Max answered all of my questions and explained everything in great detail far as services performed on my car. Deandre was the technician assigned to my car and he did everything I asked them to do and I haven’t had any issues with my car. I will be back for future services at this location.
- JLJohn LApr 19, 20261.0Went to a scheduled alignment got a cal 30 minutes later saying alignment machine was stuck and this was a problem that’s has been happening but they were able to get my car off the machine and they were gonna call someone to look at the machine and maybe come back tomorrow or the next day. But if it was something that was happening already why not get it checked before? The cashier was very friendly just a bad experience though altogether
- JJJesusApr 12, 20261.0Told me they could patch my tire. Waited 2 hours. Once they got to me they took another hour and tried to patch it and couldn’t. Told me they would try to put use a plug on my tire since it was still leaking air. Turns out they don’t have plugs in stock…. You’re a TIRE store?!?!?! So they just ended up putting on my spare lol. Keep in mind we’re the only customers there. 0 stars. Discount tire from here on out.
