  Zeer slechte service. Je reserveert een auto, maar bij aankomst blijkt er geen beschikbaar te zijn — pas enkele uren later. Vervolgens een andere vestiging gebeld waar zogenaamd wel ons type auto klaarstond. Eenmaal daar aangekomen, opnieuw geen auto beschikbaar en weer drie uur moeten wachten.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. I reserved my vehicle two weeks in advance and even completed the check-in process before arriving, yet I still had to wait 45 minutes before being given a car. That kind of delay is unacceptable, especially with a confirmed reservation. To make matters worse, the vehicle I was given smelled horrible and had a strong cigarette smoke stench. It was clearly not properly prepared, which made the experience even worse from the start. The biggest issue, however, was after I returned the vehicle. It took 3 1/2 weeks for the return to be processed and for my deposit to be refunded. My keys were dropped off after hours. That is completely unacceptable. I rent often for work and have a corporate account, and the standard has been set by the Ponce de Leon location. I have never had this kind of issue there. The Ponce de Leon location has consistently been professional, efficient, and timely, which made this experience stand out even more in the worst way. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

  One of the best Enterprise locations I’ve experienced—they truly take great care of their customers. I had reserved a specific class of vehicle, but due to major recalls affecting much of their inventory, they had run out. The manager went above and beyond by immediately calling around to find exactly what I needed. He even arranged for his staff to pick it up and bring it to the location for me. That level of service and dedication really stood out. Highly recommend!
