- KMKERA MART2 days ago1.0Yesterday, I accidentally forgot my mat at your location. When I returned the next day to retrieve it, I was informed that it had been thrown away by an employee. I was very disappointed not only by the loss of my personal belonging, but also by the way I was treated. The employees were dismissive and did not show concern or care regarding my property. I felt disrespected and that my situation was not taken seriously. I believe personal belongings should be handled with more responsibility, and customers should be treated with basic respect. I hope this matter can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
- GSGreg Strom4 days ago2.0Wait…. Less for more? First visit, noticed their prices are a few dollars more than the local competitors, hopeful at that point the quality of wash would be better…. Sadly it was average. I didn’t receive any “wax” coating usually included at other washes and the up charge for the wheel cleaner and tire shine is as though you are only charged but not given. After the wash the vacuum area had standing water and wet paper products floating in it. I also discovered that they do not provide towels or window cleaner. I will need to complete the interior cleaning at home.
