    Worst experience. Staff were not kind also one employee was moving one of their car in the parking lot and he crash the car that I was in, but not only that, they also cancelled my reservation because the car that I reserved in advance had the check engine light on and they called me and cancelled the morning that I had the reservation and I had plans, it all went to waste and lost money because of their irresponsibility. I did a different reservation hours later after they cancelled me and when I went to pick up the car they said that they didn’t have large cars available, like why would you let me do a reservation and make me go to the place that is 25 minutes from my house and then tell me that there’s no more large cars

    It's so messy here. They are not organized. We reserved online and when we get there we're told the vehicle is not available. We got help at a different location

    Bad experience too, I called and explained my experience, and they just said they will look for another agency, the context is, I am traveling and I do not have a license from Georgia, I have one from Illinois, But I can't pay with debit, only credit, and the lady said I'd better look for another agency.
