    Ordered online for delivery 10/18/2025 (same day) but the order was never delivered without an status update. 10/19/2025 I received an email that the order was delayed. I called the store and the manager indicated that he had my order in his possession (at the store) but no one could deliver it and once again he seemed like he had no solution (from a previous occurrence weeks prior) and he instead instructed me to call customer service. Customer service tried to call the store and they did not want to answer the phone after several attempts and 10 minutes of waiting. The customer care rep instead issued me a refund (3-5 business days up to 10 days to appear). I received an email confirmation of the refund. I had to use Amazon same day delivery for an inferior tool which caused the repair to fail costing me $650 to fix. 3.5 weeks later: I never received my refund. I emailed the owner's address provided in their response to my google review and I also emailed customer care since Paypal required further information from me otherwise Paypal would close the case in the seller's (Autozone's) favor. I got no response from the owner's email. 11/13/25 customer care insisted the delivery happened, sent a pic of my front door with the package, and suggested that I ask if my neighbors received the package. I confirmed the pic to be my own front door but presented a ring camera footage of the delivery man taking a pic of the package on my door step as if the delivery occurred and then abducting the package and walking back to his vehicle, (stealing the package). I insisted that I be compensated for the inconveniences, for being left in limbo, left out to dry and time and money lost after 10/19/2025 (when customer care insisted that the conflict had been resolved). The issue only was resolved when (I)the customer escalated the issue, challenged AutoZone's misinformation and was expected to produce extensive evidence to overturn AutoZone's misinformation that resulted from theft and that AutoZone was accountable for. Customer Care refused to compensate me for the horrific experience which they assured they had with a refund which was due when they had not delivered.
