  As a woman, I have to be careful where I go, so I don’t get swindled this place always has the customers best interest in mind Everyone here is kind, knowledgeable, professional, and go above and beyond. I will go out of my way every time to come to this location, although they have many other tire discounters stores near me. The manager jay and Dwayne, I trustworthy.

  Stopped by on my lunch for a screw in tire. Shop informed me a new tire was not necessary at this time and that it could be patched. Now here is the special part they patched the tire and didn't charge me anything for it......they didnt even know it was my birthday. Thanks for the gift will definitely be back when my tires need replacing!

  Excellence in service! Jay, the service adviser, is very prompt, polite, and professional! This store certainly raises the bar to a new service standard! Definitely went beyond my expectations so I recommend anyone who needs any service they provide to visit this store!   I had a wonderful experience leaving my car at this location with the old manager (this is upsetting and I will not be coming back to this location BECAUSE he doesn't work here anymore) Tony. I had my vehicle towed to this location last November and just received my vehicle back like a week or 2 ago. Tony and the staff tried their hardest to get me my car back in a reasonable amount of time, but do to the extremely complicated process of diagnosing my vehicle and parts being somewhat difficult to find..it took a while. Tony went above and beyond every week until I got my car back. He never hesitated to pick up the phone when I called to check up on the car. He would go out of his way to make sure that throughout the entire process of them having my vehicle that I knew exactly what was going on and what the next step would be. Tony worked on pricing with me throughout the couple months they had my car. Tony and the staff were super transparent with me, and I appreciated it ALOT. I'm not sure why you all don't have Tony at this store anymore, but I personally think it's a bad idea. I only went to this store because he is great at his job (this location was recommended to me by a good friend because of Tony) I will not be returning to this location, or any location that doesn't have Tony working the store.
