  We have been customers of QT for decades. Recently when purchasing gas at the pump our credit card has had pending charges for days after the charge has been posted. While it doesn’t affect our cash flow I can see where a $175.00 pending charge can be devastating to someone who doesn’t have a lot of cash. This is ridiculous and we will no longer be using QT.

  QuikTrip sales **poor** fuel for diesel engines. Metal shavings found in the fuel used in vehicles . When I contacted a claims representative named Brent McDonald at their claims center, I was told I had no proof, even though similar issues have reportedly occurred at several fuel stations and may be related to pumps creating metal abrasives when tanker trucks refill the underground tanks. In my opinion, avoiding QuikTrip for diesel could save you thousands of dollars in potential fuel system repairs.” Sources

  I loved QT and would go out of my way or wait till I could go to one, before using other competitors. Recently, at three different locations, in Hall county Georgia, they’ve rung up items at higher prices than than displayed. Every time I brought this to the associates attention and was told they would check into it. However, they would not give me their advertised price and insisted on charging me the price it rung up at. After the last time, they lost my dedicated patronage and I’d caution everyone to check the prices they charge you.
