  0% recommended. They couldn't remove the tire from my car because—according to them—they didn't have the right socket, even though they actually did. I went to another shop, and they did it for me without any problems whatsoever. On top of that, they argued with me that it wasn't the right tool—they were even laughing about it.

  Hey everyone, this place is truly AMAZING!!!!! I recently approached them with a damaged stud and a missing lug nut. YES, they were cleaning up another person's "chaotic mess". Still, they accepted me that same day, sourced the parts the same day, and made me feel quite at ease while I relaxed in their welcoming customer lounge watching their big screen TV. In the end, I left feeling very much satisfied because they not only repaired my vehicle promptly, but also provided excellent customer service.   Recently found a large screw in a sidewall of one of my tires. Needed to have a new tire, I ordered online, mounted up quickly as it was going on 2 days on my spare 'donut.' Came across this location near me and asked if they would mount up a single tire. I already had the rim off my car and just needed to new tire mounted and balanced. Roadie (sp?) said he'd take care of me; and that's what he did. I went home go my rim (with with bad tire) along with the new tire and took it back over to them. Within about 10 mins or less they had my new tire mounted and balanced; and it seems like they even got the PSI right. (We'll find out in the morning when it cools off again.) I got home and put my rim with new tire back on my car; and it seems like it is good to go! Having not done business with this shop before, they took care of me like an old customer.   Gladly sharing my positive experience at your Mavis location. While many women often feel overcharged or overlooked during auto maintenance appointments, that was certainly not the case during my recent visit. DJ promptly acknowledged me when I arrived to drop off my vehicle. Upon pickup, both DJ and Rhotie addressed all of my questions and concerns. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. In addition to providing helpful information, they also offered a discount on the service. DJ and Rhotie clearly prioritize providing an efficient and welcoming experience. I will gladly do business with the highly skilled technicians at this location again.

  We were on the way to our grandson's baseball game when we ran over a large inseen rock in a vacant lot, causing a plastic guard on the underside of our car to turn loose on one side. Ww were concerned about other damage. After being told it would take an hour to even be seen at another shop, we were directed to Mavis Tire where we were in and out in about 20 minutes. They reattached the piece and checked it out, including checking the oil, for no charge! Kudos to Rhotie and Steve! Thanks to them, we were a bit late, but were able to make his games, and one for his brother later in the day.
