  I had a great experience, after not having driven my truck in awhile, while prepping for a trip I noticed my oil was discolored so I came by. I was in and out in a short time and I appreciated the the care given.

  I've always had great service at this location on Oak Rd. I pass two other locations to come here. They are quick, efficient, and explain the work being done and what is needed. They are helpful, friendly, and always make me laugh. Thanks guys!

  Giving 4 stars because the manager got involved and after a while corrected the mistake. I showed up to get an oil change when I left there. I realized that my vehicle didn’t sound like it had an oil change. It sounded like it was running rougher than before I brought it in then I checked my receipt And it showed that the wrong oil was put into my vehicle the manufacturer recommends a specific type, and that was not what was put in my Vehicle I also checked the level of oil put in and it was significantly less than what should’ve been added during my oil change so I showed back up the very next morning And tried speaking with someone they gave me the runaround for a little while telling me that the right oil was put in. I had to tell them multiple times that that’s not the right kind and that the manufacturer recommends this other specific kind they tried to tell me that the kind they put in is OK and sufficient, but that’s not true. The manager eventually gave in and said that they would drain it and refill it with the oil I was supposed to get the first time. They also were using aftermarket oil filters that have been known to cause issues with oil leaking back through it when I mentioned that they kind of brushed me off, but it’s a known issue with these specific filters..but to the manager‘s credit he did come back later before I left and told me that I was right the manufacturer does recommend using a specific type of oil for my vehicle and I appreciated him acknowledging that and overall I appreciated them fixing the mistake. I also appreciate the fact that he thanked me for being kind about the situation because most people are not nice about it, he said.
