  Huge shoutout to Miles! I had no luck at a different branch, but Miles stepped up and made sure I walked out with the car I actually wanted. Super professional and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for my future rentals!

I have been a customer of Enterprise for quite some time, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of excellent customer service from my regular Enterprise agency before.   Thank you so much to Jovona Atchison and Myles Ham for their Excellent customer service and support. This was my first time renting a truck from this particular Enterprise division and I must say, everything went smoothly from start to finish. They were both very professional and informative and gave me the best truck they had available. Myles had a good eye and caught a red flag when the first truck was brought out to me, the tag was soon to expire the Next Day!😳 Praise Jesus, he saw the expiring tag during his inspection of the truck and went back to grab me a different truck for the week rental we purchased. 🙌🏾 I sincerely appreciate Jovona’s excellent customer service with a beautiful smile. She was friendly over phone and provided me with grace as I was running a little late arriving to pick up our rental. I met her when I arrived at the store and either a few hours later or the next day she called to check in with me to verify everything went well with the rental. Enterprise, you all truly have great staff at the 489 Hurricane Shoals Road, Lawerenceville, GA, location. I’m a huge believer in being shown Excellent customer service as I pride myself in showing the same to others within the Beauty industry and everywhere I go…excellent customer service is hard to come by these days and again, I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service I was provided by Jovona & Myles!   I had an amazing experience renting a Sprinter van from this location. I made the reservation online, but the service I received in person was what truly stood out. ​Miles was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He called me the morning of my pickup to confirm the van was ready, which I really appreciated. When I asked if an early pickup was possible, he was able to accommodate the request without any issues. ​Once I arrived, Miles answered all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you need a specialized rental like a Sprinter van, I highly recommend this location!

  Myles at the Hurricane Shoals location in Lawrenceville GA was excellent. Not just with me but I watched him service other customers and Enterprise has a gem on their staff.
