  I use to love this particular Enterprise location. But there GM Rome quit. I’m sure I know why. I was a frequent flyer. I rented a car every 2-3 weeks like clockwork. I had a reservation today and I was going to be there 2-3 minutes after closing. I called and told them. I get to building the door is locked. There are employees still there because they closed at 6pm and it is 6:03pm. The lady came and told me that their reservation system shuts down at 6pm. Which is complete and total BS. The manager has discretion and could have easily gotten me a car. This location has also been super short staffed. I’ve waited for 1hr up to 1.5hrs to get my car when I had a reservation. I didn’t ask for anything or even complain. They one time I'm looking for a little grace I am denied. That is not good business. I can take my money to other car rental companies. Enterprise is not the only game in town. I will think long and hard before I rent from Enterprise again. I am very disappointed with their lack of empathy and customer service. Very disappointing.

  My service here was excellent. Shout out to Ramiro(I think I spelled that right)…he was awesome and efficient. He made the process very quick and easy for me which relieved a lot of my stress😅 thank you!!

  Avoid this place if you don’t want surprise charges. I picked up the car with the fuel gauge just below half a tank. Before returning it, I put gas in to bring it back to the same level. Despite that, I later received a call saying the car was returned 7 gallons below where it should have been, and they charged me almost $50 for fuel. That makes absolutely no sense. If the car was returned at the same level it was rented, how does that suddenly turn into a 7-gallon shortage? It feels like a blatant cash grab. Charging customers the equivalent of $6+ per gallon after the fact is unacceptable. Situations like this make it hard to trust the company’s billing practices. Double-check everything if you rent here, take pictures of the fuel gauge when you pick up and drop off, and review your receipt carefully. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

  The manager of this location SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER!!! Shes rude and doesn't know a thing about customer service. When I walked in the young lady up front with the blonde braids smirked when I told her my name. Backstory, Khadijah called me the day before to inform me that the SUV I booked was not available....instead of her explaining what was going on she said I would suggest you to to Atlanta airport to get the rental I wanted. Then even said I needed to "go back to where I came from" regarding my reservation. She then said I needed to call the other enterprises to find an SUV and I informed her no she needs to do that. So of course, I was not surprised that the young lady made the face. She then went to the back to get Khadijah who was all of a sudden not busy to take care of me. Khadijah is rude and should not be the manager of any location or a manager at all! I also noticed she is just a rude individual in general. Enterprise do better with who you have representing your locations especially this location. I will be reaching out to someone higher.
