Helped me to create an account, asked if I needed anything else to finish detailing my car, and the wash left my car PERFECTLY.

She had even pronounced our last name correctly when addressing us at the window. Ashton also was a great employee helping outside with great customer service. We opened an account with Kaitlyn and Ashton helped finishing signing us up and made sure we knew how the use the app. Both workers were young, but surprisingly very professional and a great addition to the company! Definitely will be back to this location because of them.

Also, I have an adventure car, so I need that lil compressed air situation. When I’m around, it’s def doable though… it’ll get the job doneish.
- AAAryaNov 11, 20251.0The car wash and staff were great originally, but once I got home I noticed scratches on my brand new 2025 vehicle which were not there prior… it is unfortunate as I was looking for a place to get a membership for unlimited car washes but I cannot return after seeing the amount of scratches it left on my brand new car… Edit: 11/17/25 This morning I was informed that Tommy's will be closing my claim with no action taken as they do not believe they caused the damages to my vehicle. I informed them that I did not have the scratches prior to the wash and that I had them afterwards so something must have happened in it, but they refuse and say the scratches do not "match with their equipment" and that it isn't their wash that damaged my BRAND NEW VEHICLE WHICH HAS ONLY BEEN WASHED HERE.... I will see the owner in small claims and have changed my original 2 star to a 1 star for even getting my hopes up in the first place.
