They have four machines, yet I’ve never seen all of them working at the same time—usually only one or two are operational if I’m lucky. The ice dispenser for the fountain drinks also doesn’t always work, and not all drink flavors are consistently available.

It’s safe to say that we all have come to expect QTs to be welcoming and clean regardless of the time of day or the day of the week but this location near 316 in Lawrenceville sets the bar about as low as it comes. I stopped by today at 9 AM on a Saturday when you expect to see a certain standard I was shocked to see what’s displayed in these photos. Most of the coffee dispensers were not working, I tried 3 before getting one to work, plus, not one employee acknowledging customers and all seemed to be miserable having to be at work.
