- KKKimNov 17, 20252.0I called for a quote to get my brakes and rotors done on the whole car two weeks ago and they gave me a specific quote of $470 which is what I was expecting or at least close to it. After dropping my car off today and picking it up, they never called me to give me additional information on what needed to be done and I was told I would be charged $1050. I pushed back and they were able to bring it down only to $640 which is better but still much more than I was expecting. To me this sounds like they were trying to take advantage of me to make more money and was unprofessional. I would be very cautious with getting your quotes and making sure that they actually call you to let you know if there’s additional work to be done or additional money from the original quote. They seem to have done a fine job so I will not fully dock the stars, but I would not recommend coming here unless you have full transparency of price.

The gentleman (didnt catch his name), walked right up and asked to see the tire pressure standards on the inside of my door and went around to each tire and filled them up. He even noticed one tire was missing the cap and replaced it. He did all that free of charge. When I need a place to go for service, I know where to go! Thank you
