  I had a leak in one of my tires but I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. They took the time going over each tire and found the smallest screw I could barely see even when they put the flashlight to it. Both employees I encountered were kind, patient and were honest about my options. Service from start to finish was less than an hour. I would go back there.

  I stopped by the Mavis at 875 Buford Dr. and I was very happy with the service I received. The mechanic, Nick, that assisted me was so patient. I had to give him kudos and a big shout out. Thank you Nick for your assistance. I would definitely recommend anybody that wants to have their tire replaced or just to check your tire pressure to visit the Mavis on Buford Drive. Don’t forget to ask for Nick.

  I’ve been coming to this location for a while and I’ve always had really good experiences with my previous cars, so this honestly really hurt. I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but I’m leaving it because I walked out today feeling genuinely disappointed and shocked. I’ve trusted this place with my cars for a long time, so this was hard for me. I had a 4:00 PM alignment appointment, but my car wasn’t taken back until close to 5:00 PM. I left work early to be there on time and I ended up having to cancel a doctor appointment because of the delay, which made the whole situation even more stressful. I came in for a wheel alignment and I asked twice, once on the phone and once in person, if you would align everything, not just the front or the toe. Both times I was told yes. I was also told I’d get a printout showing the results, which made me feel reassured. After the alignment was finished, I looked at the printout and a big part of it was still in red. That’s when I was told the rear can’t be adjusted here and that I would need to go somewhere else. I understand some cars can be limited, but I really wish that had been explained before the service started, because that was the one thing I went out of my way to clarify. Being told “yes” upfront and then being told “no” only after everything was already done really hurt. What shocked me even more was being told that it’s fine to drive like this and that it’s normal, and that I don’t need to worry as long as I rotate my tires. I’m sure that was meant to reassure me, but I literally just got this car and I just bought new tires, and I came in trying to do the right thing. It’s hard to understand paying for an alignment and then leaving with a report showing the job still isn’t fully within spec. I’m not trying to be mean or attack anyone. I’ve always liked Mavis and I want to keep coming here, which is why this is so disappointing for me. I just want this to be made right and to have the alignment fully completed the way it was explained to me at the start. Please all I ask... is to please make this right Mavis...
