  Xzavier was so helpful. Me and my grandad came and he was so helpful. I understand some problems sound the same. His supervisor figured it was the same problem without even making eye contact, understand. Xzavier over heard me talking and remembered my grandad and remembered he did the job. Xzavier’s supervisor thought it was a regular problem and didn’t listen. Not intentionally? But as a supervisor listening is important. The ones you overshadow are the ones that really need to be in position. Xzavier is the one. Thank you, so much Xzavier.

  At first my Husband and I came in for just a simple tire installation. After inspecting his truck we were given a list of other issues that he needed to tend to. We were hesitant at first because of the cost of course but the Manager Rick Owens and his employee Hami not only helped us come up with a plan on where to start but they also found the best discounts and gave us a lot of knowledge that we will carry forever. I really appreciate their patience and attention to details. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!😊

  The technicians did a good job working on my vehicle, and for that reason I give this location three stars. However, I was quoted a price by the manager, and when I came to pick up my vehicle without receiving a call that it was done, and barely getting there before they closed, the service people wanted to charge me almost $400 over the quote price. Of course I vehemently protested the price, and to give credit to the service person named Kimberly, she called Rick the manager, and spent the needed time on the phone with him to get the price down to the original quote. The reason I pointed Kimberly out specifically is because the other service person was just eager to close early for the holiday without a resolution, at my expense! So I give Kimberly all the credit for bringing a resolution to a situation, where the original quote paperwork was no where to be found, and no notes with the original quote were placed in the computer. I spent more time waiting for the discharge of my vehicle, than I had to give this particular day!

  Fantastic customer service from Kimberly the manager I'm glad I stopped here usually I go to discont tires but she assured me they'd check my brakes and give me the best new years eve price I haven't experienced this type of customer service in the last 10 years hood customer service is rare these days I'm telling you come here she really stands out she makes you feel really welcome I watched her interact with all the customers with the same warm smile and welcoming energy thank you Kimberly for your awesome customer service today

  What great bunch of people y’all having working at the 1275 scenic hwy location. It’s very apparent to me that management encourages their employees to develop relationships with their customers. Kimberly I believe runs the shop there and was super! But one gentleman who I interacted with the most (from Afghanistan) was just outstanding! I used to do all of my business at Sam’s Club but they have been in steady decline for about the last 10 years. Mavis is my go to store from now on! Thank you to Kim and her team at the lawrenceville store on scenic hwy.
