- MEMarley Elizabeth6 days ago5.0I came in with a flat tire thinking it could just be patched up and get back on the road, after having them take a closer look they showed me the little bits of wire in all four tires and explained what could happen to me and my child while driving if I didn't get them taken care of. After I bought all four tires I realized that this establishment does more than just sell tires, they put themselves in your shoes and give you recommendations that are for the betterment of your needs and not just trying to make money. While I was looking for a better explanation as to why I needed all four tires I asked to speak to a manager, I believe Mr. Emmanuel was the manager for the day and he truly went above and beyond to not just give me an explanation, but to bring the tires and show me exactly what I needed and why. As a single parent who knows nothing about cars, he didn't make me feel little or stupid, he just explained the best he could and allowed me to ask questions. After this experience , I will choose THIS Mavis EVERYTIME!
