As someone who values operational accountability and professional standards, I found my recent experience at this establishment deeply concerning. Multiple mechanics were visibly disengaged gathered together on their phones while customers waited for service. I was informed that tire replacement would require approximately two hours due to staffing limitations. However, three employees were present at the time, raising serious questions about workflow management and productivity. Even more troubling, I observed customers leaving with brand-new tires missing valve caps, and at least one vehicle appeared to depart without proper tire inflation. These are not minor oversights; they are fundamental quality-control failures. Automotive service is not an industry where carelessness is acceptable. It directly impacts public safety. The visible lack of urgency, attention to detail, and basic service standards suggests systemic operational issues. I strongly encourage management to reassess internal supervision, employee engagement, and quality assurance protocols before customer trust erodes further
