I didn’t have all the money for all of the recommended repairs on my vehicle. They were very good at breaking things down from most important to least. When I came in to pick up my car, they took my keys and pulled it to the front door for me. Their customer service was above and beyond.

Chris identified the problem was a wrong Oil filter gasket replaced during the oil change. He replaced it with the correct gasket and topped off my oil at no cost to me! This has been my third visit to Lawrenceville Auto Center. I have been looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop since moving to the area three years ago and think I have found it in Lawrenceville Auto Center!

The vehicle that we was trying to purchase I brought it to the shop for an inspection. My door latch was giving me issues, I was told it was broken and I was prepared to sit in the shop for a while since they needed to see if a technician could look at it, they said possibly today but definitely tomorrow. Not even 20 minutes later my car gets pulled in, and comes out like nothing ever happened. They truly don’t understand how much this means to me. Thank you guys so much!!!!
