When I say Sean and Mike showed me what white glove treatment looks like by going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! Sean and Mike was so apologetic regarding my previous experience at another Grease Monkey location. When I was told they would take care of me, that's what both of the gentleman meant. Sean stayed pass normal working hours to accommodate me due to my work schedule. Sean explained in details what he saw as the problem and what he would do to correct the issues. He upgraded my parts and discounted his hourly labor charges. I will say this, as long as Sean is the mechanic at this location, I will continue to bring my vehicle for services. Sean where you go, I will follow as long as it's in Georgia. I was extremely happy and satisfied after leaving the location two days ago. I appreciate you and Mike both! You both together are the DREAM TEAM!!!!
