  Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when getting an oil change. They let me know of recommended services for my car as preventative maintenance and they didn’t pressure me to receive the extra services. I will be returning for my next oil change.

  I would give this place zero stars if I could. My dad had someone do an oil change on his work van and they failed to put the oil cap back on, causing oil to had been leaking all the way back home. After noticing he had to pass by the gas station and put in 2L of more oil to even be able to get back to the shop so they could see what they had done. It’s in Grease Monkeys best interest that my engine be okay or this will not be the last time I visit your inept staff. Not only that, but my neighborhood HOA is extremely meticulous and annoying I have no doubt they will be reaching back to me in regard to the leaked oil all through the neighborhood street. Who’s going to pay for this damage? It wont be me considering this was a mistake on behalf of someone working at your company. What a reliability on Grease Monkeys hands, this place is known for oil changes and not even that can be done right? Wasn’t a cheap oil change either, $130 on a half ass job feels like a slap in the face. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Jay did an amazing giving my car an oil change and changing my battery! He went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and he had very good customer service. You could tell the people infront of me were having issues and attitudes, because the wait was taking longer than expected do to only Jay was doing the oil changes and whatnot. His co worker was busy handling another customer. While the wait may have been long to being short staffed, the wait is worth the service.

  This was my first time going to Grease Monkey. I usually go to the dealership for my oil change. I referred by a trusted friend to try your service. I was very pleased with the service. Jay was my service person. He explained the different service and we landed on the best service for my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

  Thursday, Dec. 11 – I learned this location does not close at 7pm as advertised. I arrived at 6:45pm to find the lights on and bay doors open, but the employees were sitting in their cars. A female employee approached me and told me the compressors had already been turned off and that I should come back in the morning and get a coupon online. I spend $100+ on a Mobil 1 oil change, and it’s disappointing that this location was unwilling to provide service while still within posted business hours. Instead of accommodating a customer who arrived before closing, they asked me to return at another time. I will not be returning to this location, as it’s clear they do not need or want my business.
