I came in for repair that was going to cost roughly $300. I spoke on the phone with Nate the day before and he let me know the best time to come in and confirmed I could use a coupon on the website. When I got there, Nate greeted me and got to work on my vehicle straight away. He called me once they were able to confirm the problem with my car. He walked me through two different repair scenarios, with one being more expensive and very cautious, and the other being less expensive than my originally quoted price!! with the small possibility of further repair being needed later. I totally appreciate how transparent and up front Nate and all the other mechanics at this location have been with me. I will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!!
