This location is horrible. The process of getting a car is horrendous. I walked in on time and had to wait 55 minutes for a car. Please don't go here if you expect your reservation time to be honored.
This Lawrenceville location does not answer their phone.
We wanted to adjusted our rental car agreement, a simple task. But have been unable to even speak to someone in order to do so.
We have attempted to contact this lawrenceville location via phone regarding our rental over 20 times. Have spent approximately 1.5 hours on hold waiting for them to answer, even calling the Enterprise escalation team, the “highest level team” at the call center did not help.
The escalation team stated they are only able to send a text notification to the location, notifying them to call the customer back. We had them send a message on Monday, and we received no call back. We had them send 3 messages on Wednesday, waited 3 hours and still received no call.
After awaiting a return phone call, spending an excessive amount of time navigating the phone tree, speaking to various customer service agents, etc, we were finally able to hear from the local location in Lawrenceville. I was actively on the phone with the escalation team, when they finally conferenced in a local employee.
After speaking with Fontaine for a short period, he eventually hung up on me before we could even inquire about adjusting the drop off location of the vehicle. That sends me back into the same endless issue, of not being able to adjust or speak to someone about adjusting our contract.
Overall, we experienced many issues and inconsistencies while trying to solve a simple problem with Enterprise. I acknowledge that is not entirely the fault of this local branch. But at the end of the day, not being able to reach this location absolutely excaberated what should’ve been a simple phone call. Cherry on top, after hours of trying to reach them, Fontaine hung up.
If you have any questions or needs to adjust your contract you will not be able to do so with this location. Only the location you pick up your vehicle has any power to do anything with your contract, and since they don’t answer the phone you are stuck in the phone tree, and listening to hold music.
The day we picked up the car, we heard another customer express they needed to extend their rental, and that they tried to reach them via phone to no avail, should’ve been the first red flag.

Just picked up my rental and I was there for less than 15 minutes, got a nice and new vehicle, and the employee that helped me, Rome, was incredibly nice. Highly recommend this location!

I had an exceptional experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Scenic Hwy Lawrenceville thanks to Rome Joseph.
I had reserved a vehicle because my mother was in the ICU, and I needed to travel to South Carolina immediately. On the morning of pickup, Rome called to let me know that there were no cars available at that location. Understandably, this was extremely stressful, as any delay could have affected my ability to be with my mother in the hospital.
What truly stood out was how Rome handled the situation. He reassured me, took ownership, and kept me updated every step of the way. Within 30 minutes, he called back to let me know he had secured a vehicle for me at a nearby location. The relief I felt in that moment is hard to put into words.
Rome had no idea what I was personally dealing with—he simply showed up with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to doing the right thing. When I thanked him and later shared the situation, his response was simple and genuine: “I’m glad I could help.”
Customer experience isn’t measured when everything goes right—it’s measured when things go wrong and how people respond. Rome exemplified that perfectly.
