    Horrible customer service. Had family come in today to try and rent a car only to be told they can not get a car because he wanted to change his address. He never verified anything with her and when he did try to verify his address, she would not allow him to update it. He was instructed by the two ladies up front that he could not cancel this reservation and begin a new one. Upon speaking with the lady there, and there are only 2 persons in the office today, the lady began to argue with him. This is highly unacceptable customer service. No reason to ever go back and forth with any client or persons that enters your establishment. Miscommunication can happen but her was highly unacceptable for any job. My family walked out along with a Hispanic family looking for service as well that was there at the same time. They too experienced unpleasant service here. This needs to be addressed with your current staff if you wish to continue any kind of decent service.

    Booked a reservation this morning at this location as the Duluth location called to state they were out of the size car that I needed— premium crossover 7 seater or similar.. The reservation stated “confirmed” per the email; however I called the location multiple times to try to get someone on line—phone rang out and disconnected each time. I got to the location at my reservation time and waited while others people received cars like a Wagoneer and minivan. After waiting over 1 hour, which was then past closing time at 1pm, the representative argued that my reservation was not considered confirmed as it was made that morning and that if I wanted a 7 seater, what he had available was a large suv and I needed to pay 498 vs my reservation cost of 336 for a premium 7 seater suv such as a Durango. I told him that this was a big price difference and that I called the location multiple times, waiting over 13 minutes on hold each time to see if he had what I needed in addition to waiting on site over 1 hour. He stated that I chose to come anyway although I had no confirmed reservation (I am guessing the email doesn’t count) and that I expected him to give me a free upgrade. Sir, I don’t care for an upgrade but if there are cars available at the size are requested, I received confirmation, and waited on site over an hour because according to you, you were too busy to answer the phone, you could honor the reservation of a 7 seater. I’ve never had that experience at another location. It was the accusatory tone for me like I had the audacity to show up for my reservation without receiving a call from him because the email didn’t count. People like him don’t belong in customer service.

    Cindy and Jeremy are amazing to work with. There’s probably 2 other Enterlrise locations that is closer to me however, I’ll drive the extra way to come to this location. This location is more family friendly and you can feel it when you walk in the door. I’d like to thank everyone at this location for always making my experience seamless.

    Beware of scam. They pretend to be super nice and sweet at first, but they may charge your card without your knowledge and authorization. Check your statements. They charged my card $500 weeks after I returned the rental vehicle for the alleged damage. The person who rented the car to me conveniently “no longer” works there. Also, they could not provide any proof of the repairs. They said they tried to call me about the damage but I have no missed calls or voice messages from them. Also, they could have texted or emailed me, like they did to confirm my rental or asking to complete a survey, but they never did. And the girl at the desk (Jennifer?) was exceptionally obnoxious and rude. Instead of trying to help and understand the situation, she told me to leave because “if you damage something you pay for it”… well, Jennifer you don’t just go into someone’s pocket and take their money. I pay for insurance and your business pays for insurance to cover the damages. And where is the proof I damaged the vehicle? Why nobody said anything to me about my responsibility at the time of return? And what if my card didn’t work or had a credit limit - how would you “pay” for the so called damage? Where would you get the money then? What you did is simply a theft. And you need to fix your attitude if you intend to work with people.

    The Enterprise pick up/drop off service can be a headache when scheduling. Too many excuses why they can't pick you up or drop. I felt this would be a great value in renting, now my plan is to use other rental companies.
