Update: Due to two major storms I needed to modify my reservation and Jovana helped me immensely! We need more people like Jovana and Miles in this world. Thank you so much more than you know! 🧡
Miles was awesome, great customer service, he went above and beyond to be very helpful; it's hard to find genuine customer service as he provided. Thank you, Miles!

I reserved a car and still waiting almost 2 hours to be but in a vehicle. I watched a guy come in and get treated like JayZ
He told them what he needed and was in and out as I sat there looking like a peasant waiting for crumbs. I told them I needed to be to the airport for 1 pm and the response was well you should be good by noon. Mind you I had a reservation
Just unprofessional
Very disappointing experience. First, I had to wait a long time just to receive the car. Then, after finally getting it, I was forced to return because there was an issue with the vehicle. In the end, the car had to be replaced with another one. This entire process wasted more than two hours of my time, which is completely unacceptable. I expected a much more efficient and reliable service.
I chose this Enterprise location based on its strong local reviews, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish.
When I arrived, the vehicle was not ready and I had to wait 20-25 minutes after check-in for it to be washed, which raised concerns about why it wasn’t prepared in advance. Even after that, the car still had a faint but noticeable smoke odor despite being listed as non-smoking, and I found popcorn left in the cup holder.
The biggest issue came the next morning when I discovered the tire pressures were severely unbalanced (some nearly 20 PSI apart). I was late to work, had to stop at a gas station, buy a tire gauge, and rebalance all four tires myself. This is a basic safety and quality check that should never be missed on a rental vehicle.
Overall, this felt like a failure in basic vehicle preparation and quality control. I expected much better from a brand with Enterprise’s reputation.
--Update--
The vehicle was returned with severely unbalanced tire pressures (49 PSI front left, 48 front right, 30 rear left, 29 rear right). All four tires were at different levels. This caused me to be late to work and required me to stop for air and rebalance them myself.
I was also provided an automated text number for direct communication with the location, but I have not received any response since picking up the vehicle.

The first time I used enterprise, they were amazing. This time has been a much different experience. I was handed the keys and told “it doesn’t have a lot of gas;” it was actually completely on empty. I got gas and drove to work. I left my office and tried to start the car — it was dead. I called enterprise and waited on hold for 15 minutes before the automated message told me they were too busy and to try again later. I tried a different location, which was out of vehicles, and they told me they would transfer me to roadside assistant. Then they hung up. I called roadside assistance myself and, 1.5 hours later, a very nice tech told me what I already knew — the car wouldn’t start and couldn’t be jumped. Now I’m waiting for a tow truck, waiting until I can call enterprise again in the morning — assuming someone picks up — and hopefully get another car in time to get my kids to school and me to work. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and enterprise has done very little to help.
Edit: was told to go to their contact us page. The only option to reach out (besides a phone call; I’m on hold with them again) was to use that, which of course is not working. That tracks.
