A courtesy call or email would be nice. Don't waste your time! Shut the place down already and stop wasting peoples time.

Did business with this location for 3 years until recently, I paid Budget prepaid for a week rental no problem I extend the rental a extra 6 days was quoted my total price and when I turned in car I was told I would get my full 150 refund, I only got half and was told I was charged the base rate without taxes, the employees couldn't even explain it to me they admitted to being wrong and the Supervisor Laura told me that charges were accurate "she cant recreate the conversation me and her rep had" and she also said, "Sorry, you're not gonna get out of this one". Rude, unprofessional, the General Manager Heather never returned my calls, and corporate said its a private location so I have to deal with that particular location. Why was I charged base rate and taxes for first week and not second week when I called to extend? Why wouldn't they charge my card instead of using my deposit without my permission or informing me? Why am I responsible for their mistakes? DON'T I REPEAT DON'T DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND CANT EXPLAIN WHAT THEIR COMPUTERS ARE TOTALING OUT!!! first couple years no problem the last year 2018 always new employees nobody stays. Cynta (or similar name) the manager who is foreign WHO WORKS ON WEDNESDAYS is rude wont help you and will only tell you to call customer service after SHE makes mistakes with your money or can't explain charges. DON'T DO BUSINESS AT THIS PRIVATE LOCATION ONLY CORPORATE LOCATIONS! They didn't offer me anything and I've spent thousands at this location my feelings was hurt and I was shocked because they always treated me better.
