Annie and Cornelia were amazing! One of the reasons I prefer purchasing my car batteries at Autozone is because they warranty their batteries, honor their warranty, and will replace and install them for you. They were warm, courteous and told me when I asked, which kit to get to prevent corrosion on my battery to prolong the life of my replacement. Cornelio went above and beyond and cleaned the old erosion before replacing it. I’m so glad they’re right in my neighborhood! I had to use the restroom and was also appreciative that it was clean. Keep up the great work you all!

I was bleeding out and I looked and saw an autozone. I crawled there and looked up at the door and saw a beautiful angel named Cornelio. He grabbed my hand and dragged Me in. Once we were inside, he put his lips on my lips and proceeded to blow into my mouth. I couldn’t think of a more heroic autozone in the A that is willing to give you mouth to mouth service. He patched up and then changed my battery and sent me on my way. Excellent service

I walked into autozone on a rainy day, then a handsome hunk of a employeee named Cornelio walked up to me asking if I needed assistance. I said yes where’s ur oil at? And he responded isle 67, and then I turned and said bow bow bow bow bow. And he proceeded to catch that ahhh which convinced me to purchase the product. And then his handsome hunk of a co worker named hairy started to catch that ahh too. This is why this is the best autozone in the A. but let’s not forget the integrity of the young named Cornelio that put oil inside me (aka my truck) very brave to do that in the rain

I visited this particular establishment on Nov. 1st. After entering the store I asked a middle eastern curly head young man for help to patch up some dulling on my hood. This young man was no help. Constantly muttered under his breath when asking a question and did not seem the least interested in helping! It’s fine if he didn’t know, but he should have offered to guide me in the direction of someone who would know. Please consider training your employees in the correct and incorrect way to interact with customers. Eventually I left empty handed frustrated by the lack of customer service given by this gentlemen.

On Friday, October 24th, I had to buy a light bulb for the back of my car and when I was almost arriving at the one in downtown Lawrenceville, they had giant signs saying that the parking was for customers only, so I didn't worry because I was going to buy something. I parked in front of the entrance and there were some guys from the store and one of them comes up to me making signs like if I can't read and that something is wrong with me and I'm going in the direction of the store entrance and the guy continues with a bad attitude and I'm still in the same direction of the store entrance and something like what are you doing and at the moment I hesitated and thought maybe the store is closed and he came angrily towards me and I said to him is it closed? it's closed and he says you can't park there and in a rude manner. and I ask him again why? are they already closed? it's closed and he continues saying that I couldn't park there, I turned back halfway there almost at the door because it was rude, I will never buy from that store again!
