The absolute worst Enterprise office bar none. Make a reservation and in less than 48 hours I go to pick it up and they do not have my car. They call the morning after to "confirm" at 7:30AM. I was driving and could not take the call. I tried to call the next day at 7:30AM and get a recording that the office doesn't open until 8:00AM. The reason for not having my car.....I didn't call to confirm. This is at least the third or fourth time I have had issues with this location. I will walk before I try to rent from this location again.
DO NOT for reason try to use this location for rental car needs. If it is important, like needing to go see family with a death this is not the location to use.
Oh and by the way, this is through the employee program.

This place is a joke. Everyone that I tried to deal with was hateful, rude, belligerent, and the last one, told my wife after taking money from her account twice, that the insurance and collision center, that had our vehicle, was supposed to pay, hadn't paid yet, so they was going to get their money somehow, so they took it from my wife, even though they knew it was coming from the insurance company and the collision center. They need better customer service skills.

This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to get a adequate rental vehicle, I called and they said I could pick up the full size pick up today and when I got there they didn’t have it, they didn’t have a pick up truck at all! They only had two cars to choose from one was a very small car and the other was a jeep compass. We ended up having to take the jeep because we had to have a car to drive, so after we agreed on that we had to sign all the agreements one was a no smoking and no pets agreement. We got out to the car and she opened the door an it smelled like a cigarette factory!!!!! After leaving the dealer while I was driving it down the road a light on the dash starts flashing and the car pulls to the right or left involuntarily and when I tried to make a turn there was resistance like it didn’t want to turn, I tried to call the Lavonia location to report this and of course they never answered the phone! Also before we agreed to take this vehicle we asked if they could call around to other locations to see if they had something we could exchange it for and they told us that they couldn’t do that but we could call. So I had to get on the phone with the insurance company, mind u I am having to rent a car at no fault to my own, my son was in an accident that was not his fault, so I am dealing with an insurance company that is not even my insurance. I called the insurance company and they called another location and got us set up for to exchange this vehicle out. So let’s see how tomorrow goes to see if I can even make it to the Athens location in this jeep to see if we can swap it out or not.

Samantha, the young lady who worked at the Lavonia Ga enterprise office worked with us as we had our vehicle in for a major service. She adjusted the schedule to fit our situation with no problems. One of the easiest car rental I’ve ever had and will use them again when needed!.

Great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car! The car was clean, ran perfectly, and made our trip easy and stress-free. Sam, the sales rep, was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Excellent service all around. I would absolutely rent from this location again and highly recommend it.
