  If you want to go deaf from the incredibly loud commercials playing at the pump that you can't mute or turn the volume...go here. If you hate gas stations that force you to listen to loud advertisements while pumping gas that can be heard from within the safety of your car....go to the gas station on the other side. As a woman, getting gas at NIGHT at a place that plays L O U D ads that make it difficult to stay AWARE of my SURROUNDINGS for safety.....this Flying J and all the rest are getting bumped to my NO FLY ZONE. Not sure what kind of genius thinks holding customers hostage to ads while pumping gas is good idea...so much hatred right now. Mesophonia. Learn about it

  This location has ample parking and the reserved spots are not placed in stupid locations like other Pilot Flying J lots. Shame about the Denny's shutting down. Hard to find sit down restaurants at truck stops anymore. Everything else here is standard for the business.

  This place is horrible Really after driving 11 hours and planning my trip just to be able to stop here Because they have a restaurant Just to find out they have nothing but a stupid subway Subway food is crap They have plenty of parking with a nice lot I got here at 5 and had many spots to pick from At 6pm it was starting to fill up pretty fast When did Flying J forget about the millions of drivers out here They have ALL lost their focus on the truck drivers and not cater to the 4 wheeler Also they carry more junk food and sugar filled soda You can buy Mt Dew from a 20oz to a 2 litre You can only buy a 20oz of Coke Zero or Diet Coke The system that Flying J and Pilot is working on is a failure There are many many drivers out here who are diabetic There are many drivers who driver 11 hours And just want to get out of their trucks and sit down in a restaurant and have a good meal while chatting with other drivers Now they all charge $10-30 a night just to use their parking lot to park for 10 hours because we have to Not because we want to I am glad there are a few Mom and Pop truck stops out there And places like RaceTrac,KwikTrip and Sheetz Who offer a clean parking lot Doesn’t smell like pee when you step out of your truck And they all offer better food they what you find at these corporate truck stops Flying J needs to separate from Pilot and go back to thinking out the truck drivers again

  Went in there around 8 pm Monday night.Store was busy so didn't expect perfection.Cashier,I believe named Urma was engrossed in conversation with a friend and too busy to serve customers,she was also watching television on her phone.What kind of example of customer service is this?I did run into im guessing the 2nd cashier whom was on her break but did not stop to complain.Im sure she needed her break working with little to no help from Urma .Extremely disappointed with this store as none of the others have been so nonchalant when it comes to customer service.Maybe better management could help this store

  Nice place to stop. The person who was cleaning up a coffee spill, was still welcoming customers as they entered. It's great that their Subway sandwich shop that's inside was open 24/7. Bathrooms were clean and tidy.
