It took me a few months to decide and after talking to John, he made a good deal. Theo was in finance and helped by explaining things. No pressure, just a fair deal.

We had our RV delivered to this location and I had a lot of questions upon delivery. The General Manager was approachable, honest and stood by his word for excellent service. We will travel to see this team the next time we need any RV services.

We woke up on New Year's Eve and disconnected the rig in order to continue our trip when we noticed that our electrical cord and plug on the camper had overheated and melted. We had little hope that we would be able to get it fixed due to the holiday and were wondering whether we would have to get a hotel over the weekend. We called this camping world and the service manager worked us into their busy schedule and replaced the electrical outlet. Kayla Redish was particularly helpful. She made sure that we got a good replacement cord and she also arranged for a warranty item on the camper be taken care of at the same time. We were back on the road that very afternoon! I would highly recommend this camping world. They were amazing!
