  Nicole and the service department were AWESOME...we were heading to GA from Fl and had 2 blow outs...the hospitality and fun personality made it a little easier....Thanks you guys

  Had the pleasure of working with Josh at Lake Park. I travel for work so it makes things a little complicated trying to make a purchase not being in my home state. He went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted, helped me find the perfect RV to fit all my needs, and made the trade in and purchase a breeze! Highly recommend asking for Josh if you are in the market for an RV.

  My husband and I came in shopping for a camper- we told the saleswoman, Lindsey, specifically what we were looking for, our e, and that we had a fairly unlimited budget, as we would have no mortgage, worked remotely etc. and were looking for a 2B/2Ba camper. She asked us some questions about budget and credit. We misunderstood one of the questions she asked and had to correct an answer. This all seemed a bit invasive, but not weird. But, I guess she thought like we looked like we didn’t have the money to buy this camper (even though we said our budget was fairly unlimited) and kept trying to tell us (weirdly) that she didn’t want us to fall in love with a camper we couldn’t afford. She kept insisting that it’s harder to qualify for a loan for a camper than a car and she didn’t want us to be disappointed. Then when we insisted again that we were good and would not be dependent on their financing… she went and got the sales manager, Victoria, who did the same thing. I kept saying how weird this was, and that we just wanted to look at a range of campers that fit our preferences, she told us that we were the ones that made it weird. Needless to say, we left, disappointed at how we were treated.

  We recently had a few unexpected issues with our RV and ended up making several trips to Camping World. While dealing with problems on the road can be stressful, Nicole from the Parts Department truly made the experience much easier for us. Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. She was patient, resourceful, and had a great sense of humour about our string of RV mishaps, which honestly made a frustrating situation a lot more manageable. It’s clear she really cares about helping customers and making sure they leave with the right solution. We are very grateful for her help and the time she took to make sure everything was sorted out. Thanks again, Nicole! Because of service like this, we would absolutely recommend Camping World to other RV travelers.
