A year later and I can’t even get these people on the phone to have the interlock removed from my husbands truck. I don’t recommend. Because the service I’ve received over this year was not the best. I would recommend going with a smaller and local company because they are not considerate of the time and money people have to waste. Horrible service

Initially I was also told by intoxalock that callibration was going to be $20 and the owner at the place told me it's $32. I called intoxalock and they said they don't have anything to do with the service provider's prices but then I shouldn't have been given a price in the first place by them. I'm only given 3 stars because their customer service line is good but wish they would have been more transparent and not assure me something different. Edit of my previous review: A representative of Intoxalock by the name of Brandon reached out to me. He went above and beyond to make sure all my issues were taken care of. He found out there's a cap in the state of GA regarding calibration fees. As I stated previously their customer service team is great!
