  I was sold a membership and I was not aware it was a membership at time. When I purchased As the car wash which was offered by attendant. I asked her if this was a membership. She said no that I will get one additional car wash before the month ended. Then I realized our card has been charged this month for a membership. I threw the receipt away that had the barcode on it and now I am having a hard time canceling this membership that I was not aware I signed up for.

  I do have a membership. I would like to know why they are rarely open at 8:00 am. There are employees vehicles on the lot, but the entrance is blocked with cones that say the lane is closed. There is not a phone number here or at your headquarters that you can get a person to answer. If they aren’t open but you have employees on site, it just seems like good customer service for someone to answer the phone and tell you why they aren’t open and when they will be open. I went there 3 times this morning after 8:00 am and never got a car wash. If you can’t get what you pay for, your service is overpriced!!

  This is one of the worst locations I've been to. On your way in the the person giving you hand signals is not even looking at your car. Soon after exiting the machine there is a bunch of trash in the parking lot. Some of the vacuums never work and the towels and cleaner station seem to be always empty

  Went an got the car washed and the car came out still dirty. No towels available to clean the inside of my car. Was a bad experience

  I have all this pollen on my car I want to get my car washed before I go to work. I pulled up and it was closed… how is its car wash closed on a 5pm on a beautiful Saturday. I just get my car washed before at the other car wash downtown.
