  I have all this pollen on my car I want to get my car washed before I go to work. I pulled up and it was closed… how is its car wash closed on a 5pm on a beautiful Saturday. I just get my car washed before at the other car wash downtown.

  Cancelled my subscription today. They used to scrub the front and back of your car, give an air freshener but that is no longer but yet the price is the same. Cars are put in so close together that I’m afraid the car behind me is gonna hit me or I’m gonna hit the one in front of me. Half of the vacuum work or come loose. I also discovered my wheels were not being cleaned so much brake dust. When I was taking it weekly that should have not happened. DO BETTER!

  The employee who guided me into the car wash was smoking a stinking cigarette while he was working/directing cars. No one should be smoking that close to customers as they are entering the car wash. No one wants to smell that. I was just there about 10 minutes ago.
