    Every time I go by there they are closed. This has happened more than 5 times now. I get off work at 2pm. Go by there at 2:30, and can’t get my car washed. What the heck am I paying for. I’m now going to cancel my membership, and find somewhere else to go.

    What did I pay $27 for? All it did was encapsulate the road grime rather than remove it. Don’t bother bringing your trucks here if you have a trailer hitch installed. The machine at this car wash is not capable of properly washing vehicles with hitches, as the equipment may be damaged or jammed. When you go inside to address this issue, the staff often responds, “Oh yeah, our machine won’t do it because of the hitch, and it might mess up the machine.” It would be helpful if this information were clearly stated upfront, either on the machine itself or posted nearby, so customers are aware beforehand. Otherwise, it’s a waste of money and time to use this service under these circumstances. Take 5 Oil Change is great. This place is not.
