That there is nothing they can do and that they would get me into something when it came in. When I asked why I was able to rent a vehicle through them that is apparently unavailable....forecasting is the answer I was given. I was told that as soon as any vehicle showed up (just not the class I paid for) I could get it, but it wont be cleaned or serviced or anything. If I weren't stranded almost 600 miles from home id call somewhere else...but thats not really an option in lagrange georgia is it? The phone has been ringing non stop in here an the two employees at the front refuse to answer it.. the one sitting behind the wall in the shirt is either asleep or dead....cause its his phone thats ringing. Overall this is a terrible location and if I could give it 0 stars I would.
