  If you judge a business by their commercials, this is the worst car dealership around. The commercial is so loudly annoying that it guarantees I would never consider doing business with their lot.

  My experience at the dealership was great. Preston was wonderful to work with. I’d never gotten a car from a dealership and he made the process easy. Jessica was very insightful and honest. Everyone checked on us the entire time and answered all of our questions.

  Warm , Friendly, and courteous sales personnel. Paul Thigpin Chevrolet clearly has the customer in mind when it comes to service. Preston provided carefully detailed instruction and assistance in the orientation to my new truck. He did a fantastic job and is to be commended. Everyone was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend a friend.

  I have a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 Pro Diesel. It did not come with a remote start key fob. 3 other local dealerships (including the one that sold me the truck and said it had remote Start) said that it could not be added. Thigpen service didn't even question. They had me in and out in 30 minutes and now I have remote start! Thank you Thigpen!

  Nice folks. Nice to know I have a capable local dealer. Love that they have female salespersons. As a female Silverado owner I feel very comfortable there. Unfortunately the service I wanted was far too expensive to bother with for the return (heated seat malfunction) but I'm sure I'll be back for more important stuff in the future.
