  The Kingsland, Georgia Branch, a very professional and very courteous to the customer. They Make sure we meet the condition of my tire to reassure me the condition. They did not take advantage of me and sold me tires that I did not need. This is very rare for a tire shop company.

  I had bought tires from tire Kingdom years ago before Mavis bought them out and had purchased road hazard with my tires. It was so long ago that my account was not transferred over to Mavis but they still honored it and plugged a hole in my tire from a screw free of charge.

  Mavis Tire understands the fundamentals of how to run a business- take care of your customers and your employees. All 3 of their employees I encountered were polite, informative and helpful. Casey, Robert and Cage. They took care of the nail in my tire, For Free! They also have Fee Air outside their building, available 24/7. Almost impossible to find anywhere these days. Since I just recently have moved to the area, I am so happy to have found a company to trust with all of my tire needs! Thank you Mavis!! Well done!!

  I know that when you are in a business that directly deals with the public that you cannot make everyone happy. I have went to Kingsland Mavis on multiple occasions to have brakes checked, tire pressure sensors replaced on both my vehicles, and a couple visits to fix flat tire repairs. I can honestly say that they have taken of my issues in a timely manner with great customer service. I feel the Cost of my visits have been fair and they have earned my business in the future. I will continue to get my vehicles serviced there and would highly recommend them to others!

  Honest and Professional! I was told by a dealership in Jacksonville that my brake pads needed to be replaced in the next few weeks. I came to Mavis and asked them to assess my brakes and check a tire that suddenly seemed to be low on air. Mavis mechanic told me that my brakes had a long way to go before the pads need to be replaced. And, they patched the tire after they found a screw had punctured it. They charged me nothing!
