The standard car wash does not even clean the front windshield. I asked to run my car through again, and they said they do not rewash vehicles for people who purchase a standard car wash. I explained to the manager, Jacob, and the employee, Gabe, that what they are doing is wrong because I did not even receive the standard car wash I paid for. The wash I got was more like a subpar car rinse. Nothing came off the car! If anything, the wash added a lot of chalky-looking water spots to my car and the front window. Jacob had the nerve to say there was only one spot. Look at the front fender. I guess he won't understand how much of a scam the basic “car wash” they are offering is until he gets his vision checked. He seems like he can barely manage himself. Smh Do not wash your car here! I was headed to Trident Carwash when I saw this place on the way and decided to stop here. Big mistake! Terrible customer service and a terrible, super-ineffective car wash! Now I am heading to Trident Carwash anyway. Smh! What a waste of my time.

This morning, the guy who always helps me, noticed that my side mirror wouldn’t turn in for the car wash. He credited the money back. I told him that he didn’t have to do that. He did and let me use the other services. I appreciate this kind gesture. I would have paid anyway. People like him are the reason for return customers like me. Thank you again.
