  I wish I could keep going here because it’s right down the street and they do a decent job. The issue is, I have been going here for over a year and have been pressured so badly into getting a monthly membership I DO NOT WANT that I ended up getting it twice and immediately cancelling just so the employee would leave me alone. It is the same employee everytime. Each time I’ve come here without a membership, getting the lowest car wash price available because I’m on a budget and really can’t afford $17 hitting my bank account when money is tight, the same employee will harass me until I ‘upgrade’ to the monthly membership. I end up signing up (this has happened twice) just to get him to leave me alone because I am so tired of having to go back and forth with him, me saying NO REPEATEDLY and he still insists that I must upgrade and does not take no for an answer. Like it adds an extra ten minutes of just going back and forth trying to get him to take my NO seriously, but he is so persistent, he wins each time. I want to keep going here but I don’t want to have to go through this again. I want my $11 car wash and to come back when I have the extra money, a car wash is a luxury for me not a monthly necessary expense. Very rude and offputting behavior. I will never go here again just to avoid this one employee.

  I do love the friendly service. The crew that is working are very friendly and helpful. Recently I've gone there and several times they we're closed for maintenance. I expect that occasionally. It just seemed to be a little more than normal here resently. If they would send text when they are performing maintenance. That would be do helpful.
