  My husband Ron and I stopped in to have a tire repaired on our Jeep Wrangler. It was on our return trip to Florida and on Tuesday morning, 2/24/2026, when we experienced the courteous and professional personnel to help us. They scheduled our vehicle in the shop within a very reasonable time frame and worked diligently to get us back on the road. I feel this is the kind of service and dedication to customer satisfaction that these guys showed and portrayed which keeps American businesses at the top of their game. Many thanks again gentlemen for your response to our situation, as you made it possible to complete our trip!!! You guys will definitely be remembered by both of us.   I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the work. They were honest about what my car actually needed and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The service was fast, the pricing was fair, and my car feels great after the tire/brake work. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the process. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but this location definitely earned my business. I’ll be coming back for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or brake service!

  I was in an accident at the traffic light at Gross road. The officer recommended that we drop our vehicle at Mavis because it was so close. Although they are not a full service auto shop, they allowed me to leave my car there looked at it at no charge to tell me what was wrong. Then they were kind enough to let us store it there for a few days until we could get it home as I don't live close by. I cannot remember the manager or the employees that assisted me but they were awesome. Kind, helpful and went out of their way. I will definitely be back for any services I need that they provide

  I was told I needed brake work done by a dealership booked an appointment at mavis for a brake check and to get a second opinion / price quote . They inspected and I think Roger is his name called me over and said they needed to be replaced and that he would get me a quote. After that I sit back down to wait , time passed I realize my car is still lifted up so at this point I knew work was getting done to it. The problem wasn’t that they started working on them it was just the fact it wasn’t communicated properly with me that it was severe or should I say needed to be done that day nor did I have a price quote yet because just a reminder I just booked to get a brake check and then get a quote and was going to come back in a few weeks if I could hold off. So I go back up there ask how much is it because at that point work was almost done . I understand it gets busy and hectic and you get side tracked and have to handle this and that and Roger did explain that to me and apologized for not having the quote for me. Long story short despite the communication issue, Roger did help get the price low as possible for me and I really appreciate that. Also s/o to Anthony for coming in to check on because he seen how frustrated I was waiting for my car to be ready. Overall my brakes are good and they are very nice people and and I will be back for future maintenance.

  First visit they replaced 3 tire sensors on my car for about what 1 cost at Quick-lane. Then bought 4 tires last year from Mavis in Kingsland. Got a slight discount for being a return customer. Half the price of what the Ford dealership quoted me. Long story, but one of the tires got fix a flat put in it, while we were out of town it was going flat again. A tire store replaced the value and cleaned out the fix a flat in it. Fast forward and the tire would wobble around 45-50 mph. Took it to Mavis to get it re-balanced. They did at no charge. Fine for about a week and it began wobbling again. Took it back to Mavis, they removed the tire and whatever the out of town shop used gummed up the fix a flat and it was in big clumps inside the tire. Mavis cleaned it out, checked for leaks and balanced it again. I was in shock when they said no charge!! Honest mechanics and great service. My car will be going there for any future maintenance!!
