My first time here and I appreciated how they took the time to explain all of the diagnostics they ran to find the issue. I feel very safe and assured with my vehicle's service. They didn't talk down to me (as a woman) and this was very important to me. I'll be back for my oil changes and any other car needs.

Auto Pros went above and beyond. When our car broke down nearby, they were VERY hospitable and patient with us as we tried to figured out lodging and transportation. They provided us with an honest assessment of what needed to be fixed and the different options of how to fix the problem and how much it would be. Thank you Auto Pros for your amazing service!

Do not come here. I took my truck to them to diagnose 1) an overheating issue 2) a leak from the engine bay 3) loose steering. These are important issues that need to be fixed because I will be getting stationed overseas and will be bringing my truck with me, I even told them this. First off, they misdiagnosed my overheating issue, which they thought was tied to the leak. It was not. A major cause of overheating in 6.0 powerstrokes is: 1) failing thermostat 2) clogged oil cooler 3) failing EGR system. These are common for this engine; they did not check any of these. I told them I didn't have any oil, coolant, power steering, or brake fluid loss, and that my leak was likely fuel. They decided to diagnose it by doing a COOLANT compression test up to 20 psi and "found" a leak in the radiator (mind you I don't have any coolant loss and the coolant system only pressurizes UP TO 16 psi, but I digress). For the steering issue, they replaced the steering box. That is a common issue with this steering style. They originally quoted me for a new radiator+ install/ steering box+ install for a $2500; I gave them the okay for the steering box. To wrap this up, the steering is still dangerously loose despite them having "fixed it." There was NO leak from the radiator, it was a fuel leak coming from the fuel pressure regulator o-ring. I changed it myself in 30 minutes. And lastly, my truck is still overheating. They're nice people but I've wasted nearly $1,000 and weeks of my time that I will not be getting back. Like a previous review stated, if their work feels wrong get a second opinion.
